Eligibility
CycleWest Ireland Tours are limited to anyone 18 years or older unless
accompanied by a legal guardian. Reservations and Deposits
Participants
are recommended to book early to reserve your space, as tours are limited in size and can
fill quickly. A deposit of €200 ($250)* payable by credit card, personal check or
money order should accompany a completed Reservation form.
If you are completing
this form online, please mail a copy of your completed form with your deposit. Your
place will be held from the time that we receive your online application. The balance of
tour costs is payable no later than 60 days prior to your tour start date.
Please note that all Prices in USD, and
all other currencies are subject to Euro daily rate of exchange at time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be remitted in writing. Cancellations received 90
days prior to tour will be subject to a €150 ($200)* administration fee.
After this period, deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations received
30 days prior to tour date or less, full tour costs will be assessed. We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip
Cancellation Insurance as this is the only way you will receive a full refund if your
trip has been paid for in full. See www.insuremytrip.com
for trip insurance.
No refunds will be made for a cancellation during the course of the tour, nor for unused
portions of the trip, nor for any changes, upgrades, adjustments made during the course of
a tour. Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.
Non-payment of your trip balance by the due date will be considered a cancellation, and
your space will be offered to the next person on our waiting list.
Tour Changes and Cancellations
CycleWest Ireland Ltd., reserves the right to make changes to departures,
itineraries, and prices due to unforeseen circumstances. All efforts are made to select
alternative accommodation of the same high quality and to keep the route changes minimal.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the minimum level of
participation. CycleWest Ireland Ltd. will not reimburse for any personal
expenses due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations, such as prepaid hotel
expenses or airline tickets. CycleWest Ireland reserves the right to decline a reservation
or to refuse service during a tour to anyone whose health or behavior could impede the
welfare or enjoyment of fellow guests or impact our suppliers wellbeing.
In the unlikely situation of a complete
tour cancellation by CycleWest Ireland, Ltd., we will issue a full
refund. CycleWest Ireland will not assume responsibility for any personal expenses
incurred as a result of a tour cancellation, including airline tickets. Trip cancellation
insurance is highly recommended.
Insurance
CycleWest Ireland will
not assume responsibility or liability for any personal loss or injury during the course
of our tours. Baggage and Health/Accident insurance is highly recommended for all
participants. Although this coverage is optional, we strongly recommend its use, as it
provides coverage for tour cancellation, accident and sickness expenses, baggage and
baggage delay and worldwide assistance at a very reasonable price. Please check with
your travel regarding policies. Pre-existing medical conditions may be covered if
insurance is purchased within 14 days of your deposit.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be double occupancy, ensuite. Those of you traveling alone will be
assigned a roommate of the same sex and will not be charged the mandatory single
supplement, where available. For a supplemental fee (see each tour itinerary)
single occupancy is available upon request.
Guided tours are generally limited to a
maximum of 10 - 12 people. Participants are recommended to book early to reserve
your space, as tours are limited in size and can fill quickly.
Prices
Tour prices as quoted in
our brochure and website are prices per person sharing double occupancy. Prices will vary with shorter or longer stays and
single supplement and occasionally with the season and accommodation upgrades. Custom and group rates are available. CycleWest
Ireland Ltd. reserves the right to tour price changes and adjustments according to Euro
currency rates at time of purchase.
Final Payments
The balance of the payment for the land arrangements and rentals is due 60 days prior to
the start of the tour. We accept Visa and MasterCard for the deposit and for final
payment. If a deposit is made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) balance of the trip will
be made automatically to the same card number within 60 days prior to the start of the
trip, unless otherwise instructed.
